FICOBankers in Northeast Luzon Celebrated the First-Ever Christmas-cum-Masquerade Party

Veering away from the traditional way of merriment, as typically done in the previous years, FICOBankers from Northeast Luzon celebrated the Christmas Party on December 10, 2016, with a twist. With the theme, “The 1st FICOBank Masquerade Party: Creating an Experience Worth Remembering,” this Christmas-cum-Masquerade Party was held for the first time at the 4th Floor of the Corporate Office of FICOBank in Minante 1, Cauayan City, Isabela.

Upon their arrival at the Bank’s function hall, wearing fancy masks and stylish get-ups, all FICOBankers in attendance—the Board of Directors, the Senior Management, and the heads and staff members of the support departments/offices and operating units—were dazzled with the classy hotel-like ambience of the said venue. Undeniably, everybody felt great pride and honor to be in this event-and-resource center, one of the major accomplishments of the Bank for its corporate image enhancement.

During the celebration, the Bank’s President/CEO, Atty. Hubert E. Molina, in his welcome address, encouraged each and every one to loosen up a bit and unwind even just for the day, and take a break from thinking about the targets and the deadlines. And so, all FICOBankers, who were present, really made the most out of the party, enjoyed the sumptuous foods and drinks, had chitchats with colleagues, and took unlimited pictures and videos in both selfies and groufies.

The Bank’s Chairman of the Board, Mr. Wilfredo DC. Antonio, delivered his heartwarming Christmas message in the middle of the program. Louder oohs and aahs were heard everywhere in the venue during the intermission numbers by the various organizational units of the Bank. To demonstrate—in concrete form—the essence of this Yuletide season, a lot of surprises and prizes were given away to the lucky winners of the group presentations, games and raffle draws. Mr. Peejay Paguyo and Ms. Pauline dela Cruz clinched the Best Masks, for the male and female categories. Mr. Jonard Cabana and Ms. Caroline Eusebia Jamilla were likewise adjudged as the Masquerade King and Queen.

The party ended well after the Closing Remarks of the Vice Chairman, Mr. Ernesto C. Gamboa. And, with those smiles and joys painted in the faces of each and every one, along with the list of reasons for this meaningful celebration, this year’s Christmas-cum-Masquerade Party is an experience truly worth remembering.
