FICOBank Baliwag Tops The Annual Performance Ranking

Through its team’s relentless dedication and efforts since it started its banking operations in 2015, FICOBank Baliwag surpassed all of its targets in the different key result areas (KRAs) and bested the other 32 branches/centers, making it the Bank’s Top Performing Operating Unit for CY 2017.

Firmly focused on delivering better operational outputs, the branch team’s production efforts resulted to beyond-target records in loan portfolio, deposit liabilities and net income. Similarly, the branch has superior portfolio quality, with negligible amount of toxic loans. The branch personnel remained tenacious as well in complying with the Bank’s policies and regulations. With such performance records, Baliwag Branch stood out among the rest—both in quantitative and qualitative aspects—in the 2017 Performance Assessment conducted by the Bank’s Internal Audit Department. The Branch’s exemplary performance, with an overall rating of 127.40%, was made possible through the leadership of BM Bonnie Lyle S. Campos and the full support of the branch staff.

Clinching the second place is FICOBank Rizal, headed by BM Judith G. Gamido. It garnered an overall performance rating of 125.78%, with zero past due rate. And rounding up the top three outstanding performers is FICOBank Jones, led by BM Emerson C. Umayam, with an overall performance rating of 121.25%.

The annual performance evaluation is a corporate tradition that is practiced ad infinitum by the Bank to rank the accomplishments of the operating units and to bestow honors—with corresponding monetary incentives—upon the “cream of the crop.”
